Hosts and property owners are responsible for:

Any statements regarding increased bookings, guest satisfaction, or rental appeal are marketing opinions and not guaranteed business outcomes.

8. Repairs & Service Work

Repair and maintenance services are provided based on technician availability and machine condition.

While we strive to fully diagnose and repair all issues, some machines—particularly older or modified units—may require additional future repairs or unavailable parts.

PPA does not guarantee:

Permanent resolution of intermittent issues
Availability of discontinued parts
Compatibility of third-party modifications

Customers are responsible for disclosing known prior repairs, modifications, water damage, transportation incidents, or electrical issues before service.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

New machines may carry manufacturer warranties
Used machines are sold AS-IS
Service work warranties are limited to the specific repair performed

PPA disclaims all implied warranties including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
