Towards the end of March 2026. I decided I wanted to move forward with buying a couple of arcade games to have in my bar for several reasons. I had no idea where to start looking, so good old Google gave me a couple of sites in MN - so I reached out to them. Andrew at Premier Pinball and Amusement got back to me right away. Right from the start. He was very helpful in knowing what I was looking for. He got me an estimate right away, and after a couple of months, I finally made up my mind and ordered the three machines I wanted. Andrew was great to work with and everything went along great from the ordering, payments, delivery & installation. Five stars from me!

I was looking for a pinball machine on Facebook Marketplace and ran across a listing that Andrew had posted. I sent him a message and he called me within the hour. I didn’t end up buying the pinball machine that day, but he stayed in touch as he acquired stuff. I purchased my Big Buck Hunter World cabinet from Andrew via Craigslist and had a great experience. Communication through text was convenient and timely. The pictures and description of the machine he provided were accurate. He was very accommodating when scheduling a pickup time. He let me test the machine, answered any questions I had and even answered follow-up questions I had days later. The game itself plays great. The guns are calibrated perfectly and I was very surprised how clean the inside of the cabinet was. The monitor looks great. It even came with the original manual. He helped me load it into my truck and made payment convenient by accepting Venmo. I would definitely buy from Andrew again.
